2. Payment Terms

3. Intellectual Property Rights

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• GST and Taxation: Specify applicable taxes (e.g., Goods and Services Tax (GST)) and how they will be handled in the agreement.

10. Force Majeure:

We, the undersigned, hereby solemnly affirm and declare our mutual agreement to the terms and conditions set forth above.
